Please check again ! you must enable GD2 library for some image function actived.

Hi,

I am having the same problem too – no images in product slider or in featured products. I’m sorry I don’t understand what is meant by GD2 library.

there are certain file libraries that need to be installed on your server for programs to run, in this case its GD2. other components may need things like IonCube, Gzip or to host certain video programs you will need ffmpeg. Not all hosts provide these file libraries and in some cases you can only get them on a dedicated server.

if your using 1.0.15 joomla login to your administrator CP and go to
sytem/systeminfo/PHPinfo and scroll down and see if you have GD support

in 1.5.7 go to help/systeminfo/phpinformation and see if its enabled in the list
