Good afternoon

We are new to JA Job Board, so we are subject to all sorts of starters problems.

problem 1:
after registering as a job seeker (and replying on the activation mail) we get this message:

“Your account must be approved by Admin first to do actions”

Where to do this?

Hi metdick,

To approve new Employer/JobSeeker, you can go to:
– administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jaemployers
– administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jacandidates
=> Click to approve icon.

Or, you can configure for approve function in:
administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jaconfiguration&tab=account
