Hello all,
I have 3 strange problems
In general:
The view of our website http://www.karsdorpautos.nl in IE 7 is perfect but when people use IE 6 the layout is messed up! I disabled some standard modules, and make some edits in the ja newsflash content.
If i turn on all original modules then the view in IE 6 is ok?What you don’t see in IE6 is the following:
1 the three tabs (Occasions, Onderhoud, info) including the picture inside.
2 the ja newsflash doesn’t show up in IE6
3 the adres barIE 6 / 7: (problem 3)
Sometimes the copyrights in the underline jumps up in the middle of the page when you reload or change a page.
Please any help is more then welcome, I want to solve this problem for my client. I can’t figureout why this is happen?
Many thanks.

April 15, 2008 at 8:25 pm #245615Hello All,
I found out that it is the slide show wich gives the main trouble in IE 6, if it is posted on top, the three tabs with the picture will disapear. If i post the code from the slideshow in a user module below the three tabs then it works fine in IE6
Is there someone who knows a good slideshow for this template? I use the monoslideshow
Maby some one knows what is the missing link here? because in IE 7 the code works fine if the slideshow is on top!
Thanks again!
PS: the problem with the ja news in the header is solved. I had to re- paste the pictures inside the content placeholder.
The same for the contact adreses picture below the slideshow (see picture IE 7)this is the original code from the slide wich is posted in a content message!
<code>
<script src=”monoslideshow/swfobject.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>
<div id=”monoSlideshow”>
<p><strong>Please install Flash and turn on Javascript.</strong></p></div>
<script type=”text/javascript”>
// <!]>
</script></code>beastmode54 JA JobBoardbeastmode54

April 22, 2008 at 6:22 am #246367Hello all,
It seems that the slideshow is’nt working if it is above user pos 5. I don’t know why but it just doesn’t work in IE 6. If someone have a clue, i would be verry pleased to solve this error in IE 6.
For now the slideshow is running at the underline of the page, but i prefer to get it on top!
Someone>?
Thanks!
