in web master tool for my web site i found meta tag and title tag duplicates
because there are parameters
example
article page have more url
/category/article
and
/category/article?limit=4 start=4
how can resolve?

You can try to use SEF URLs extension (in Joomla Extension Directory) for URL on your site

To rewrite the URL, you can also use rule in htaccess file but using an extension is better (there are so many free extensions)

i don’t want install new extensions
because don’t have complete features that i need

is it possible modify some code line in plug in t3 or other?

Hi,

You will need to hack in code of Joomla core and customize as you wish, you can take a look at this tips . I recommend you to use a 3rd party extension.
