I want to see spending bill made by buying “the portfolio templeate” for tax purposes, how can we solve it?.

Are you inquiring as to what a total Membership Fee amount would be with taxes included? If so, I do not believe your purchase is subject to any additional taxes (at least, I have never seen any applied to any purchases). Have you attempted to proceed through the Membership purchase process to see for yourself?
As for Support in “Spanish” . . . Our Support Team Members are located around the globe (though I am uncertain as to whether any of us are fluent in Spanish). The preferred communication language is English – though we endeavor to accommodate those with difficulty communicating in English as best we can.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your purchase. Upon your purchase/sign-up, you can also access your purchase info at any time by logging into your Member Page and going to your payment history group at the bottom >> Focus on PDF Invoice column >> Download it to check.

Ok Tom I work for a NGO that must deliver to the Secretary of Finance of Mexico the receipt of Joomlart, which emphasizes that they sold “the membership” to the NGO. Is that possible?

Yes, you can do this, but please register and ONLY USE the NGO account when accessing or requestiong support.
And again, there are no taxes assessed when purchasing your JATC Membership from JoomlArt.

I created a support ticket for you . . . when I reply to it and you get the email, then you can provide your payment confimation ID.
