Hi,

It seems there is some issue with microdata implementation with Purity III Features Intro 1 Layout.

While microdata is working with single article.

I just checked the same with Structured Data Testing Tool

Is there any thing to be done at core level.

Hi guys,

Could you please check if microdata functions OK under one of Joomla’s default templates, like Beez-5 or Protostar?

Sorry for the late reply..
It works in joomla beez or even Purity using the standard article…
Howver if i use Purity III Features Intro 1 Layout or Purity III Features Intro 1 Layout it doesn’t work.. I think it’s because we do not use the article but custom html with modules…

Do you have a fix for this?

Try your Joomlart site homepage or the Purity Feature 1 or 2 demo and you have the same problem.

I have similar issue with your site…

@prasanthcp and @devonphpgeek: Microdata is used to nest metadata within existing content on a web page, I just checked on Purity III template and see microdata is working fine on all section in com_content

With the homepage JOOMLART and Homepage Features Intro 1 in Purity III template, we use layouts which doesn’t include the com_content that’s why you could not see it

Currently, JA templates are working with T3 framework latest version and Bootstrap 3, they are supporting Microdata.

In Purity III template you can see it here: template/purity_iii/html/layouts/joomla/content/info_block folder

I see you must be using the Feature Intro 1..

I am not so familiar with this.. if you could guide me how to achive the same result.

I tried the demo version of Purity III in my local the latest one and I cannot seem to make it work like you have…

I have checked from Structured Data Testing Tool and track code and see microdata is working fine
