I just recently bought a dedicated server, and is already setup. I am having many issues transferring my site over from a shared hosting, with the database. I know that this is moreso a “joomla” question, but if someone on the team can help me migrate my site over I will gladly pay…

I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Akeeba Backup.
It’s a Joomla! component that will literally do all the work of moving a site for you.
