in rtl the min-height is applied after module loaded completely which makes an unwanted effect. This min-height is applied through equalHeight javascript function. I want it to load as the spotlight position loads.

September 5, 2011 at 6:29 am #410682Hi,
Normally the JA News Featured module height is not restricted. And even when min-height property is defined for any element, it does not restrict height to that, and takes the height required by the content in the module.
Can you please provide your site url and super admin details at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/80049 , so that I can take a look at the issue?September 7, 2011 at 6:32 am #411129we have provided the url.

I could not check the issue since site is looking like in attached screenshot at my end. I have checked it in chrome as well as firebox browsers and result is the same.
Please check the site again and let me know when I can check it again to see the issue.

September 7, 2011 at 11:10 am #411197Hi,
I am sorry I still cant see the correct website. If you can change the RTL to LTR or provide your site admin details, so that I can change that and check the site, it would be better. If you cant share access or make the change, I will ask other support members if they can see the site correctly and help further. Let me know if you provide the details at the previously link I had mentioned.
September 7, 2011 at 11:33 am #411199kindly refresh your browser cache to see changes. I think that’s due to cache.
We are unable to provide credentials due to Security Reasons.Regards.

September 8, 2011 at 5:50 am #411407Hi,
I just checked the site and could see the JA News FP module correctly as shown in your images.. That just seems to be happening because loading is taking a bit longer..
September 9, 2011 at 6:47 am #411648but the same thing is not happening in LTR? Kindly Rectify this ASAP!

September 12, 2011 at 6:57 am #412100Hi,
I am sorry for the delayed reply! I tried logging in to site backend with the details you have given but getting “Username and password do not match” error. Could you please check it and let me know?
Normally when there is no response to the ticket in few days, the ticket gets closed, and that is fine in case if some of Ja members is helping you in the forums.. Whatever emails you get regarding closing ticket and not having response from you, can be ignored if you are talking here with someone, since the mails are auto generated by the ticketing system..
September 12, 2011 at 7:24 am #412104Dear Himangi,
Can you check if its working now?
I have checked it myself and its working fine here.
Regards

September 12, 2011 at 7:46 am #412108Yes Shoaib, the admin details worked fine. I have passed it on to JA devs for further checking and will get back to you once they have checked the issue.
