You just have to install it like any module and configure it like any module, also when it provided by the guys from TemplatePlazza.com who have it in some of their templates it is still also working in any other template, so also from here.
There is, like mentioned in the download comments, some documentation for the configuration available, so to configure it with the text you want should be done by the manual, regardless if you use it in a JA Template or any other clubs templates.
