I have a number of problems since upgrading from Teline II to III

1. Videos are not displayed in News2 module although having decreased the default video size to 200×125 in AVreloaded plugin.

2. I cannot make changes to user preferences in News2 modules and possibly elsewhere. (Clicking on the customisation tool button causes error message: Could not found the form setting for this module, please try to check again)

3. Thumbnails are not created correctly in category or section layout. The thumbnails spread over the full width of the column instead of the configured 100×100 respectively 200×200 width and look distorted. I had to turn the plugin off and configure ‘thumbnails’ manually for the article preview.

4. News2 only displays the three article categories with the lowest category ID in each article section. I would like to display six if not all sections by default and leave it to the user to disable sections if he’s not interested in them.

5. I’m currently using JoomlaComment and Kunena, two components with very good Joomla Community support. Why would I replace them with JA Voice?

6. The Newsticker module doesn’t give me the width and height fields in the configuration screen as shown in the installation guide, resulting in the ticker text bleeding into the rest of the contents. This means I cannot use the ticker module.

Thank you for fixing the problem with the user settings. What about the remaining problems mentioned in the initial post in this thread.

There is also a new problem that I’ve just come across is that the positioning in ja thumbnail doesn’t work very well. More details on my other post on that topic.
