DEAR SIR,

The jomsocial menu is messed up and appears in one column with no style, is diferent of: http://joomla16-templates.joomlart.com/ja_social/index.php/jomsocial..

Is JA social compatible with JS 2.2.0 ??

If yes – what am I doing wrong?

Yes Ja Social is compatible with JS 2.2.x can you please post a link to your site so we can see the problem and provide you with a most helpful answer?

Hi,

I visited your site but i can’t see jomsocial installed in order to help you! (It’s not installed on admin panel )
You have to install jomsocial so i can see the problem and provide you with more help.

Hi,

Jomsocial is a commercial 3rd party component that’s not included on our package! You have to get this one from http://www.jomsocial.com and then you can install it like any other joomla software!

Dear sir,

i bought the component, and I’m JMTC MEMBER.

I followed all the installation guide and did upload all files of Jomsocial jomsocial_theme_social_j16.v1.2.0 and still has error.

What do i do?

Hi,

Yes you are JMTC Member but jomsocial component is not a JoomlArt product! JA builds a template that makes JA Social Template and jomsocial match the same layout.

( Or you have linked me on PM the wrong link, but i can’t see jomsocial on your site )

Yes this is correct and it happens because you haven’t installed the jomsocial component!
