For a week i was strugling how to disable guest from viewing site contents,there was no paramenters on Jomsocial template setting.The cause wa missing files templateDetails.xml and params.ini

Solution: To solve this problem,just copy these files from any template then modify and paste it in JA Social folder,you will be able to see parameters.
