I can see the images are not loading it is using the wrong path when u refresh the page.
In this case kindly share the temp super user login details of site via Private reply.
So that i can check the issue with default Joomla templates.It seems the issue is from Joomla at this time.

Hi
check the site with default Joomla template first and see how it goes.
Turn off SEF from global configurations.
Rest if you can provide request details i can assist you better.
