Although I installed the plugin on my FTP files, when I put as default the template in the Template manager in Joomla, I keep asking the plugin, I have two weeks with this problem.

I have to “turn on” the plugin in some way or what happens?

I need technical support please.

How about installing it the usual way for installing extensions in joomla ::

http://docs.joomla.org/Installing_an_extension

This way::
1. Upload Package File: for this option all you have to do is browse for the (zipped) extension on your computer then after selecting your file all you have to do is press the “Upload File & Install” button and you’re done.

Checked it and seems that t3 plugin framework wasnt installed

Tried installing it but got in failed to move error so would suggest, please to view this::
