You’re talking about the wrong link, sample_demo_images link is indeed replaced and working

BUT link for ja_bookshop_sample_demo_j3x.zip is still not working.

Did you try to download the package in the updated link as above? Then unzip it, you will see that it contains demo images in this directory: componentscom_mijoshopopencartimagedata
