Hi

That ‘Latest News’ module is default Joomla module with type of Modules: Articles – Latest which shows a list of the most recently published and current Joomla Articles content, not related to any of above 3 extensions.

The users from these extensions are also based on user management of Joomla base so if these users belong to specific user group which are allowed with edit permissions, they all can do.
