When I try to insert into my artice formatting code ( <p class=”photo”><span class=”icon”> </span>) after saving the part of the code is missing and i have only <p class=”photo”> in my article. This problem I have with all formatting code with “span”…

Could be a number of reasons. If you are usinf Joomla 1.6/7 then go to the article manage and click on the little light switch icon in the topn right of the screen. Then click on the text filters tab and set “no filtering” for super admin and admin and then see if that makes a difference.

    Thanks for quick reply!

I have changed text filters for admin (because for super admin I have changed it earlier) to “no filtering”. Now the code was saved OK.

But the result at the article page isn’t correct. See the pictures:

We will need a link to investigate that.

I have to submit a ticket with login and password, because our test site is protected by .htaccess. I will do it in next 1-2 days.

No problem. Either submit a ticket via the JA ticket system or PM the details to me and I will pick up on it.

Thanks for your PM. I could get to the back end of your site but for some reason I could not see the front end.

Anyway, I have changed your editor setting to stop it cleaning code on save. See if that helps.

Sorry about the change of editor look. I simply enabled the extra features of it while working on your site. You can hide all of the extra buttons if you wish. Simply go to the plugin manager. Click on the TinyMCE plugin from there and in the box on the top right change the editor mode from extended to advanced. That will remove all the erxta buttons though some of them you may find useful.

As for your thumbnail problem, can you explain in more detail?

Front end and back end are protected by the same user name and password. I will send you a PM with full information.
