Hello,
some positions are utterly missing in my template like position-8 and sidebar-2.
I saw another post that was asking the same thing but didn’t get any answer on it.
Please help, I really need to get this fixed fast 🙁

You may need to make sure these positions are added/included within your tempalteDetails.xml file.

QUESTION:
When you installed your template, did you do so via the quickstart + sample data installation process?

no, I just installed the template file and the other modules and components… How do I check tempalteDetails.xml for positions? can’t I just update this particular file?

AH! I got it.. I think… so to find out where are my missing positions I followed this post link. Then By doing the http://www.yourdomain.com/?tp=1 I got to see the positions. Hope this helps someone else in the same predicament.
