Hi:

I am helping a group with their Joomla site; a developer was a using some type of custom-made template.

I installed JA University template.

I’m facing these issues:

1. Positions like slideshow and content-mass-top do not appear; I have tried to manually enter them but they don’t seem to be working.

2. On the menus, some which are text seperators and pages under them do not work properly; the menus don’t drop down.

Can you help me explain why these is happening?

your site admin details are not working. Also these are the positions available in JA UNiversity.

you admin username and password details you have provided is not correct. I tried to login with that. It gives me this error “Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.” So check and provide me the correct username and password. so I could login to your admin and check about the positions.

Please help me to help you.

I decided to start a new site as a subdomain with quickstart and then move the entire site over to replace the current one.
