I have upgraded JA Top Panel module from version 2.5.2 to version 2.5.5. Now, the problem on your site has gone. But I found another problem – the background image path from module could not access: templates/ja_social_t3/images/trans-topcpanel.png file. Please check that again.

thanks for your new 2.5.5 version..

i checked trans-topcpanel.png and it is is located in /modules/mod_jatoppanel/assets/images/ folder but not in templates/ja_social_t3/images/

Yeah, you are right, it was removed from template and you can use it for module or background color.

what do you mean with “it was removed from template and you can use it for module or background color?

I meant that in the new version, JA Top Panel module does not use the image “templates/ja_social_t3/images/trans-topcpanel.png” file from template, but you can use modules/mod_jatoppanel/assets/images/trans-topcpanel.png file from module or use background style from css file
