Any chance of getting access to the source images for the PDF/Print/Email buttons as well as the associated font? My site is multilingual and I would like to change the text on the buttons so they can change based on the selected language.

You can do it by touch in core joomla.
Open file components/com_content/content.html.php
Everything inside it 😀
