Hi I did no get the issue , can u provide the problem details with more closer details . Adding new menu item change the appearance ? All menu item using different type and they will change the style based on the Menu type For example in your first screenshot , this seems to be single article page (single article menu type .)
You check the menu type from Menu > create new menu > menu type options .

Yes, ther are differences between first picture and second picture, I would like appearance like first: without lines in menu items, normal typography (no capitals), the same high for the menu…

I think I choose the same style but seems different,

Hi
The homepage of site use the ACM header module . You need to apply it for other pages too to show same header .
Go to module manager > Select position : acm-header > open the acm header module (MOD ID 645)
Assign this module to all pages .
