Hello Support,

I’ve installed Maqma component which usually looks nice in every template but it doesn’t do with this template. I have contacted their support and they replied saying

<blockquote>the frontend is missing CSS and JS at the moment…at least here for me. I mean the website itself not helpdesk. </blockquote>

i checked joomla default templates and the problem disappeared so there is something missing in JA Nuevo i guess

Can you please guide me through the problem? i have installed the template thru quickstart

What, specifically, are you wanting to modify to better fit what you feel it is “supposed to” look like?

Perhaps a screenshot example?

ok kindly login to the fontpage and access the following page

you would notice big difference in the design between beez3 and nuevo

i’ve attached 2 examples and each example has two screenshots (one from beez3 and one from nuevo

I spent a lot of time today to check this bug on your site. I see some problems on your site

+ MaQma Helpdesk component is using Bootstrap 2

+ JA Nuevo template is working with Bootstrap 3

+ Some of the css styles of MaQma Helpdesk and JA Nuevo template are in conflict.

I just helped you to fix that bug on your site. But I’m not sure it can work 100%, you can check it again.
