March 4, 2014 at 12:18 pm #195442Hi
My site wont display the Titles for modules…
Also on User 4/5/6/7 modules, it doesn’t provide any padding, or margin, around the content of those modules…so that the words and boxes etc are jammed up hard against the edges
On custom html modules i can add in the CSS within the editor
what do i do for modules like a Newsletter module…..what do i have to do to make it have nice margins like in the demo version please?
so at present those User4/5/6/7 wont display the title, and they won’t give any margin/padding….
any help on how to achieve this would be great
thanks

March 6, 2014 at 5:03 am #525590I wonder if your site is using the old version of template. If so, pls update to the latest version via JAEM component.
If the problem still persists then, you can PM me the URL, admin and FTP credential of your site, I will check further.

April 2, 2014 at 2:31 am #529098Sorry for my late reply. I tried to accessed to your hosting, but I did not see the folder of JA Zite template. Kindly check if you send me correct FTP account.
Also, JA Zite is not compatible with Joomla 3.2.3, I am afraid you need to roll-back to the Joomla v3.2.2. Then let me know how it goes.

April 16, 2014 at 10:25 am #531114just coming back to sort this out. really i have to roll back to 3.2.2? surely not
please, something very simple must be happening here. this is a fresh install, i havent played with anything
is it font related? do i have to do something to turn fonts on?
all i want is module title to display.
i will play with it some more and send you ftp details later, but please consider telling me the obvious simple things to check, because it is almost certainly something like that. is there somewhere that globally overrides display module title?
thanks

April 22, 2014 at 3:01 am #531859@ lunarview22,
I just checked your site again. You are using MIjoshop extension on your site. This error comes from the JS file conflict. When I disable “System – MijoShop jQuery” plugin, your site works fine.
However, once have such plugin disabled, you will get this error:
<blockquote>Error
‘System – MijoShop jQuery’ plugin is disabled, please enable it in order to use MijoShop.</blockquote>
By default, JA Zite does not support Mijoshop extension. If you want to use this extension, please raise this issue at Mijoshop’s forum, they will give you the best solution.
