Can this tempate be viewed on mobile devices? Will the Virtual Mart shopping work on mobile devices as well?

I don’t belive they are designed with mobile devices in mind, at least not out of the box. Take a look at this you may find it interesting http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,5050/Itemid,35/

That extension should help you on the way, but there is another one out there also but i lost the link to it..
