Hi
Template support sidebar menu and mega menu. Please take a look on this documentation for menu system.
You can control it from template options.

Thanks, I ended up finding it. I had to manually turn off the side menu under responsive layout? Not sure why? I would have assumed installing the quickstart would mirror the demo?

The footer modules were set to 6 columns instead of 3 as well? Again not sure why it was not exactly like the demo but at least i figured it out!
