Hi kazem66,
i see some differences between your and demo website,
seems like you have 0 pixels height set to ja-toolbar-main div, and, you have height: 232px set to ja-overlay.
Can you try to remove those parameters and see how it behaves then?Good luck 🙂

March 13, 2010 at 2:55 am #336039I have noticed this too on a Kyanite II site that I am currently assembling (which is not yet public).
The Menu button does not work at all when viewed in IE, Firefox or Safari. Rendering problems are seen with the Login and Search buttons as well.
The behaviour is repeated on the JA Kyanite II Demo.
March 23, 2010 at 10:03 pm #337485Can someone from JA look into this? I sold the mobile ability to my client now I see that it does not work for this template… Not even in your own demo!!! Come’on guys… a little quality control in needed here.

March 24, 2010 at 9:32 am #337542Please, replace ja.template.helper.php located in libs directory of your template, with attached file.
Please, keep in mind that this is just a temporary solution, until the official patch is published.
Good luck 🙂
March 24, 2010 at 6:23 pm #337618Thank you for addressing this problem.
I have replace the file but this seems to only fix some of the issues. The Search now shows up correctly but the login does not show in the overlay and the menu still does nothing.

March 24, 2010 at 7:30 pm #337625One other problem with the suggested fix, the main menu in the top horizontal position no longer displayed until I replaced the original php file.
March 31, 2010 at 5:46 pm #338632Hello, is there any update on this problem with your template? I’m about to use this template on another site and it needs to be mobile compliant.
Thank you.

As I mentioned, the problem is also happening on the JoomlArt Demo Site at: http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_kyanite/
But here is my site: http://www.savelacourts.com/
As far a screen shots… how do you suggest I represent the fact that when you click on the menu button, nothing happens???
PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
