the mobile site will not scroll over.

it stays on the left side.

Hi

You can try with my workaround as below:
– Copy file: pluginssystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaultblockshead.php
To: templatesja_kranosblocks folder

– Open this new file and you will see this line of code:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1; user-scalable=1;" />

change it to:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=0; maximum-scale=1; user-scalable=1;" />

Then clean JAT3 cache.

thank you very much for your response.

what is the best way to copy/move a file. I tried in filezilla and extplorer and can’t seem to figure out how to do it. Please advise.

If you can access file/folder of your site in your hosting/server (cPanel), it provides option to move easily.

With Filezilla, you need to download that file and upload again to the desired directory.
