    Hi
    I am not able to access your site, as i shared the error in other posts.
    Please check the template configurations > Navigation > collapse Navigation for small screen > ON.
    save and check.

    Hi Pankaj – Your tip helped. The options were a bit different for my template. Attachment provided for your reference. Always Show Sub-Menu –> Off.

    In the mobile site, the menu appears collapsed and opens when I click it, which is fine. However, when I click the menu again, the sub-menu does not collapse. Is it possible to make it collapse? Otherwise I am fine with the current behaviour.

    I checked with my hosting provider. My site is blocked for some countries. If you are in India, the site should open for you. If you are in India but using a different country’s network, there may be some issues. Which country are you in?

    Thanks for your reply, Pankaj. I have asked my hosting providers to move my website to US servers. Then it will be accessible from all regions. It should be up and available for you tomorrow morning. Please check once for other threads. You can close this thread. Thanks again.
