ok strike that its displaying now
June 20, 2012 at 7:12 am #458152Actually the problem is back, in fact the template changes from the mobile template, to the t3 template and to the web template. The mobile template only seems to load about once in 20 refreshes. Also I have had reports that the mobile template is displaying in the
desktop version of IE 10 in Win 8. Is there any way to consistently load the mobile template in mobile devices?June 29, 2012 at 10:23 am #459312Does anyone have any clues on how to solve this?

Hello ghog,I checked on some phones and saw that the mobile template was loaded normally. No problems faced.
Here is my screenshot for your site on an iPhone
Please re-check it.
Best regards.
July 12, 2012 at 8:21 am #460686thanks Stork but that screen above was when we were trying an alternative mobile solution using mobstac, which i have disabled now. i would prefer to use the jnex template if i can get it to load consistently. it loads about 50% of the time and the rest of the time it loads the desktop version. there have also been instances where the desktop version loads the mobile site, so something is wrong.

July 13, 2012 at 9:35 am #460825Hello ghog,
Did you make a lot of custom works with the template? Because I see that your site is different too much from template demo site. And demo site also works normally with mobile version.
Regards.
July 14, 2012 at 12:55 am #460897yes we did make some styling changes, how does this effect the loading of the template, what can we do to fix?

Hello ghog,I am sorry to inform that our technical support services are dedicated for bug fixing, products maintenance or general advice on how to use the products only. All custom works that requires to extend products’ core features as shown on our demo site are not subject to support coverage and should be handled by clients.
Thus, I am sorry that we could not handle your customization request as it would delay the time for supporting other clients and developing new products for monthly release commitment.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.
July 16, 2012 at 1:51 pm #461050ok i understand but just to clarify the only changes we made were to the K2 styling. i didn’t realise that changing css made joomlart
support void.July 16, 2012 at 1:58 pm #461053so i switched from the iphone template to the handheld template, which we have made no modifications to and all that displays is a big T3 Framework logo and un-styled text. is it possible to get support in this instance?
July 17, 2012 at 4:16 am #461103Guys this means if I change the default template logo then i don’t get support anymore, seems crazy.

Hello ghog,Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
