Hi, I disabled all the mobile versions on my website.

But when we click on a link (of my site) with an iPhone in Facebook, the mobile version is displayed! I don’t understand because I put desktop version to all devices (iphone, android, mobile) >:(

    How to resolve it? Thanks!

    Hi ghjulianu,

Please let me know if you are using the latest version of JAT3 and JA Teline IV, as you probably already know JA Teline series is one of the most complicated series.
If you have updated everything then set CSS and JS optimization to off and try again (sometimes it takes a bit longer to clear browser and JA T3 cache that’s why i suggest that).

If that doesn’t solve your problem then reply back to me and i will help you sort this out 🙂

    Regards

    Hi,

I simply resolved my problem disabling the mobile versions. Now the website is displaying normally with mobile devices!

I think I have the lastest version of the template, but there are some modules/plugins updates available. Updating will erase the CSS modifications I did (in JA News Featured for example)? Thanks.

Well if you made the modifications directly to the module(s) CSS files yes, but if you made them using the recommended method which is using overwrites then you won’t have any kind of problems.
