When I go to my site from my mobile http://www.shahre-ketab.com, I only see the search bar and the footer. There is no menu for me to select the pages.

Go to Template Manager > ja_bookshop – Violet > Navigation > Turn ON Collapse navigation for small screen .

Save it , clean cache and check .

Slideshow position are hidden due to design purpose . You can control it from template options > Layout > responsive layout > Extra small and small tab .
The positions are hidden in these view click on them to show : http://prntscr.com/9ssptl

I turned on position 1 and 2 on small tab, but still I cant see the content on the home page. I dont want to see the slide show, but at least the writing and the side bar

But for extra small layout Tab its still Hidden > http://prntscr.com/9stbuq
To show them on extra small layout click on positions that u want to show , and clean your Joomla cache .
