I paid my programmers to fix it, it is now working. all of the support answers were not adequate, they treated me as if i am stupid and did not know what i was doing, no matter how i explained they did not understand, some answers were just plain wrong, etc, and i have not had a successful support ticket in ages.

Dear mj1256!

The problem is from our languages, i and other supportors have not clear understandable on the issue, and we could not have any rightly answer. If we have clear on the issue, make sure that the issue will be fixed 😀

Next time, can you pls give me the snapshot on the issue, or you can add my skype nick: hatuhn. we ‘ll discuss and resolve problems in a quickest time.
