I used the Module to create 3 articles from the Featured Category. I am able to display three articles in the Featured Structure, but the links to the content do not function.

The link should read:

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=164&Itemid=686

Not

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=164:hot-to-join&catid=89:frontpage&Itemid=480

All it does is refresh the same homepage.

What is causing this issue?

Hi brookh,

It seems that these articles are not assigned to any menu item, please try to assign these articles (or categories these articles belong to) to a menu item. This will help to link to details item page instead of displaying in homepage.

I already did that. The module still will not link to the article page. I cannot get it to work no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

Did you have any extension for SEF link installed in your site? If yes, pls try to disable it.
