in which css file and where do i have to add css border style informations for the images in the mod_custom module???

You can read that from page source code:
These modules are wrapped in a div with class ja-box
So you can select the image by .ja-box img { }
In template.css you will find rules for .ja-box and for #ja-topsl .ja-box
So you can add your rules for #ja-topsl .ja-box img { } there.Good luck,

Yes, you can style every single custom module when you create or edit it. But indeed goal of css here is to do it for all modules published in this position.
