Hello guys i am new in joomla and i have litle problem with configuration of JA NEWS 🙁

I follow instructions and there is paramater config.

but when i go to

modules / site modules i dont know how to setup to show.. where it has to go or i am doing something wrong?

I figure it out but all design is messed up now.

Left site menu and right side are on the bottom.
