Hi,
I´ve installed the mod_janews module in joomla 1.5-RC from joomlart.com and when I publish it there comes an error. I think
that this is a problem also using other old modules.the error :
Warning: JApplication::require_once(C:htdocsjoomla_rccomponentscom_contenthelperscontent.php) [function.JApplication-require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:htdocsjoomla_rclibrariesjoomlaapplicationapplication.php on line 900Fatal error: JApplication::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘C:htdocsjoomla_rccomponentscom_contenthelperscontent.php’ (include_path=’.;C:php5pear’) in C:htdocsjoomla_rclibrariesjoomlaapplicationapplication.php on line 900
Anyone had this problem

July 24, 2007 at 1:49 pm #224986We do not currently support Joomla 1.5 as it is currently in BETA.
July 24, 2007 at 1:51 pm #224987Well, its a Release candidate now, and also it has a legacy plugin which allows older modules to be running in Joomla 1.5.

It is still pre-release and not in a final stable version. The legacy plugin does not guarentee that it will function correctly either and is a service provided by Joomla, not us.ShannonN FriendShannonN

Ja has said until it is a stable version they cannot support it as the core may change and if you run it in legacy mode you may as well use 1.012 all the diff is icons basically
