This is a reposting of this thread, by request of JA Developer, so that I could provide extra info

The first entry on the news_fp module is always cut off. the second one is great! on the joomlart live demo though, this “cut-off” display seems to be the default way the first entry is presented. Why is this and how can I get the first entry to display in full as the second one does? see the bleow sccreenshots:

I have the same issue, but it seems to be related to “chrome” browser and does not appear when i use IE 7. This appears to be an outdated thread, does anyone have any info on this “cropped” first display. Also, it will resolve itself as it comes around again in the playback.
