Hello, I have a problem with the module “mod_janewspro”, I use it on the front page of my site. And the problem is that there is a large white space below the article. Appearing a “Min-hight” very large 1677px.
I used CSS to correct it, and it works on some browsers, but in others, the CSS style using “! Important” is not enough and still leave the big white space. In the module use profile “nex_sidebar” and theme: “nex”
Can anybody help? Thank you.

January 10, 2013 at 3:37 am #479198Hello lavozdehoy,
Problem occurred because Mootools wasn’t loaded on your site. Please PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.
Regards.

January 10, 2013 at 1:48 pm #479273Thanks for the reply. I’ve fixed the problem of Javascript, restoring, JS files from t3-assets by an old backup. Now everything seems to be fine again.
But I still have the problem of the first message, with “mod_janewspro” and the big white space that appears, because of the “min-height” automatic.

January 11, 2013 at 2:35 am #479334Hello lavozdehoy,
Would you mind getting me a few screenshots for more clarifications? Because I didn’t see that problem on your site.
Regards.
January 15, 2013 at 10:53 am #479837Thanks for responding Stork11. Attached the following image from a mobile browser. As you can see, the module Ja_janewspro has that error, by applying a minimum height above the div:
class = “ja-ja-zintheme column box” style = “min-height: 1703px;”I used CSS to correct the problem, even using “! Important”. but the problem persists in some browsers. Thank you again.

January 16, 2013 at 9:51 am #480004Yes, you should use CSS with “!important” flag to fix it. Also fix in “/css/iphone/template.css” for iPhone browser.
Remember to clean site cache before refreshing your site to see the result.
Regards.
January 17, 2013 at 11:31 am #480185Thanks again, Stork11. I’ve adjusted the CSS file and everything should go well now in styles.
I have another very important problem, with JA_NEX template.
As I said before, all the Javascript stops working, without explanation.
Then replace all files. Js, located in / t3-assets, backed by a month ago.
After replacing all files. Js, everything works again. For a few days, until it fails again and the javascript stop working again. Nothing that works with javascript works again, surveys, sliders, MegaMenu, etc. .. nothing.please, any ideas?

January 18, 2013 at 3:36 am #480263Hello lavozdehoy,
“t3-assets” is folder which contains all cache files. Don’t put any source codes here.
If you made any custom work with JS files, you should apply it in their real location. You can find JS files location by select Development Mode, set Optimize JS and Optimze CSS to “No” in Template Manager of JA Nex.
Regards.

January 18, 2013 at 11:19 am #480331Hello, thanks again for responding,
I left the settings as you say, I looked at the page source code and all the JS appear well linked.
But with this setup nothing works in relation to the Js, MegaMenu, Sliders, accordion module, etc do not work. For everything to work, I have to leave enabled: “join & minify”. I leave you a screenshot.

January 21, 2013 at 2:55 am #480511Yes, you need to set “join & minify” for “Optimize JS” and “Optimize CSS” settings if you wanna optimize them.
Regards.
January 22, 2013 at 9:55 am #480747Hello, what exactly does “opmitize”? Why I can not put Optimize Js in NO?
The problem persists. The website works by using the “Join & minify”. But it works for a while. A few hours everything stops working again. everything about Javascript. Polls, MegaMenu, Accordion_module, Polls, etc …
For the website working again, I delete the entire contents of the folder “t3-assets”, and then copy and paste an old backup “t3-assets”, dated 8/19/12.
I have to do this so that the site becomes operational.
I need help. Do not know why is this error.
Regards.

January 23, 2013 at 2:52 am #480825Hello lavozdehoy,
Please check permission of “t3-assets” folder. It must have written permission, then cache files can be written in.
Regards.
