When I go to change configuration to mod_janewspro (or the JA News mobile) – the changes will not save.

I attempted to solve using the proposed solution (set permission of /modules/mod_janewspro/profiles/teline4.ini to 757) in this thread but it didn’t work.

This is now an urgent issue for me, and I need someone to take a look.

Please help.

Try to enable the ftp user from your back end with the correct info

Hi Pavit

I did this on the development site but it did not affect the inability to save changes to mod_janewspro

Hi

Many issues related at this was solved in this way as i suggested

Sometimes the only wrong path inserted for the FTP Root can cause this problem

You must be sure that you have the correct info for the ftp user

If you still have problem on this try to send me via PM all the details for your site FTP and back end i will check for you
