February 5, 2012 at 8:27 am #173559I installed this module but does not work. I tried it in another template and it works great.
It seems that the problem is Teline IV. This is my website.
If I insert module in its default position (left), template is modified as shown (but still does not work).
If I try to insert it in any other position (including a non-existent) does not work.
Help me please

If I disable js compression and choose the “left” position, the module works, but I have the same problem described in the first post (image). But I would not disable js compression.
If you put module in a non-existent position, does not work, also disabling js compression

February 16, 2012 at 5:45 pm #438597That shows you have a conflict with the JS. You need to find out what js files that module uses and add those to the exceptions list. Then you can re-enable the js compression and the files for that module should not conflict. It may be that the developer has already compressed the js files in his module, it may be that he has not used the jquery no conflict mode correctly. It is hard to tell as we do not know that module.
