September 6, 2008 at 6:29 am #269046hello victor
I understand the first part of your question – that you’re looking to move the allvideos module to the banner page / module position but i don’t quite understand what you mean by the second part.
if you’re simply looking to move the module to another position, you need to first make sure that the size of the video fits the banner position. Also you need to make sure that your videos have been recoded so that they are the correct size (if they are to be bigger or smaller in that new position).
You also need to make those changes in the module’s parameters (which you can find in the admin part of your joomla).
to get the full details on what you need to be sure of (in terms of allvideos, please visit their website on
http://allvideos.fritz-elfert.de/)Apart from that if you’re looking to simply change position, you can do that – again , in the module’s parameters in the joomla backend – go to modules, find the allvideos module and then select the position to banner.

September 8, 2008 at 5:00 am #269311Hi Mods, I believe this one may now be ‘solved.
I have been in communication with Victor by e-mail. What he wanted to achieve was to have the ‘Video’ module on the home page of the site, but not to have the video on other pages of the site.
As far as I can figure out, if he accesses the module in Admin:
and then modified this:
to this:
This will produce the desired result?
If so, please mark ‘solved’!
