How can I modify the text in the blue section (on the top of contact page)? is this a module, or an article?

Hi
This seems to Be JA Masshead module , Kindly go to module manager > Open JA Masshead module and remove/change the item Id with description code .
If its not present in this the check the contact menu options > Pages display > Page heading .
