Folks,

I am in the process of configuring JA K2 Search & Filter. I want to override the descriptions in the module. For example, I want Category / Select Category to be Topic / Select Topic. I created a file called en-GB.override.ini with the appropriate JA K2 Search & Filter variables. I placed it into the folder language/overrides. It does not appear to be overriding the variables. I would prefer to override rather than changing the module language ini. What is the best way to override the JA K2 Search & Filter language?

Hi

You can copy the string and use Joomla override to translate it Language Manager >> Override add the string that need to be translated with your text

In this way you can also avoid future translations when component will be updated
