Hello!
I need to slightly modify templates.
1. top.topsl1 cut into two parts 70 and 30%.
2. Increase middle.right1 left.

How do I do?

Hi Sermen
Please go to http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Middle_column_width for more tutorials about customizing layout, blocks, modules position.
In your case: use syntax <block name=”top-spotlight” type=”spotlight” special=”left” specialwidth=”25″>user1,user2,user3,user4,user5</block>
