Hi everyone, I a running 1.7 version with Blue theme.

Can anyone tell me by looking at the picture with the a,2 and 3 numbers that refer to my questions.

1 and 3-. I have the Front page Slide show in the Search Position, can someone tell me how to make this space at the bottom much less, this is space I would like to use

2-How can I make this portion to white background on the topbar position.
