    Hi,
    I put a ticket in on Monday, I am unable to download JA Job Board although I have a 1 year membership for the JA Job Board (shown in the images). I get the error “Insufficient privileges” I have had an update to the ticket saying it all works fine and I can download but it doesn’t work I still get the same error.

    I have updated the ticket it’s “critical” and I have a demonstration with a client tomorrow so must get this downloaded to give me some chance of getting it working.

    Mods if you’re there please can you help because I can’t wait 24 hours for the ticket to be updated.

    I have checked and could see that the download link under your account still works fine. (Do not go to downloads link provided on the top navigation)

    Please remember to login and go to member management area: http://www.joomlart.com/member/member.php for unique download link embedded there in.

    Let me know if you still can not download.
