    Hello to all mods

    I sent a credit redemption through on the 19th April 2009 and I’ve not yet had anything through back from you.

    I’ve spent 3000 credits to renew my JA membership and my membership is due to run out – or probably already has.

    I’m going to end up losing over 5000 credits if this doesn’t get sorted – so pleeeeeeease can you renew my membership through my credit redemption.

    I’ve not yet had a pm back to confirm anything.
