I encourage you read the tutorials and go to the links on Joomla design etc I put in the general section They are essential for newcomers to Joomla design

But to answer you specific question,
login to the administrator back end and select as per attached screenshot

Hope this gets you up and running quickly

You can also in the backend choose to view this. I think it is under “Templates – View module positions” or something.

I miss the user11 module position in the backend administration for the module positions.
With ?tp=1 its shown. How can i create this user11 module position?

In the adminpanel go to Site>Template Manager>Module Positions and create user11 as a new position,remember to press Save.
