Edit: ATTN: To Joomlart Staff or Moderators:The operative term is “MODULARIZE” not about modification of the components of the Header.
Please move responses 2-6 to a new thread. They are not relevant to the original forum topic in this thread. I was admonished in another thread by a Moderator that I should truncate a post into one single topic. And here, comes a hijacker, completely changing the focus of the forum thread. It remains unanswered. Cornelio
************************************I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS!
I am forced to re-post the original content of this thread to another new post
Modularize the Header Region of Teline IV – Redux
because repeated requests to both the JA Staff, Moderators and the HIJACKER were completely ignored.GRRRRRR!

February 13, 2011 at 10:31 pm #376502I also would need to modify and make local (Italian) the time, date and translate the words in the first row header. I tried to change them, but you must enter the code and css files that are so many! How can I get information?

February 13, 2011 at 11:12 pm #376512Thank for your reply.
But the code:
return gmdate(“H:i:s “, $sec+$tz).’ ‘;
does not change the time display on 24 hours!
In addition, the time is calculated on GMT but in Italy we have GMT +1: how can I fix? And how can I add the day of the week in italian style (monday is the first week day)?
Also where can I replace the word ‘Headline’ at the top of the page to translate it into Italian?

February 14, 2011 at 5:10 am #376559infovasciaveo,
Kindly post a separate thread next time. You inquiry is not the same as the focus of the original forum thread.

February 14, 2011 at 8:48 am #376591hi infovasciaveo,
1. to switch to 12 hours format change H to h:
return gmdate(“h:i:s “, $sec+$tz).’ ‘;
2.to change to you time zone, refer to this:
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-change-last-update-from-gmt-to-est/
you just need tochange “Europe/Berlin” to “Europe/Rome”
3. change the text “headline” in “JA News Sticker Module” module manager.2 users say Thank You to Ninja Lead for this useful post

February 15, 2011 at 6:43 pm #376829Thank you for your response, but the arrangement is not working time formats Italian! The thread which sent me back a lot of corrections and the end time is not correct. However I disabled the display of the last update. I wanted to point out that your template is very nice, but very difficult to customize! It’s very very difficult to change all the settings one by one without a guide! I think it’s sold all over the world and they all need to make changes (always the same) on the home page!
It would have been useful to have one area where you can edit all main settings!Ninja Lead ModeratorNinja Lead

February 16, 2011 at 4:42 am #376897thanks infovasciaveo, that is really a good idea, we want to hear that from you in order to make our products better day by day. We realized the drawback of the fixed time and will improve in the next relaeses of the template.
